This Privacy Policy explains how Lillian Juliet Stevens ("ReelFlick", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ReelFlick mobile application (the "App" or "Service"). ReelFlick is a mini-drama streaming application that lets you discover and watch short-form dramas. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices and to giving you meaningful control over your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and/or mobile phone number, and a password (stored in hashed form). These are used for registration, sign-in, account security and recovery.
• Profile & preferences: Display name, avatar (if you choose to set one), and language or content preferences.
• Communications: Any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us for support or feedback (for example, the content of your message).

Content & Viewing Information

• Watch history, playback progress, watchlist, favorites/bookmarks, and titles you have started or finished;
• Ratings, likes, or other in-app interactions used to personalize your experience;
• Search queries and content you tap or view within the App.

Device & Technical Information

To operate, secure and improve the App, we automatically collect technical data, which may include:

• Device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, browser/App version, language and time-zone settings;
• IP address, network type, and approximate location derived from IP address;
• Crash reports, performance logs and diagnostic data.

Advertising & Tracking Identifiers

With your permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App may access your advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver more relevant content and advertising and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. If you do not grant permission, or if you later reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings, we will not use IDFA for tracking.

Approximate Location

We may derive an approximate location (such as country or region) from your IP address. This is used only to determine content availability, comply with regional licensing, and display the appropriate regional pricing for subscriptions.

Subscription & Purchase Information

Subscriptions and in-app purchases in ReelFlick are processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase service. Apple processes your payment and we do not collect or store your full credit/debit card number or other complete payment instrument details. We may receive transaction details such as product identifiers, purchase receipts and entitlement status so that we can grant and manage the features you have paid for.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the App and its features;
• Create and manage your account, and authenticate you across sessions;
• Deliver and recommend dramas, and personalize the content you see;
• Process and fulfill your subscriptions and purchases, and verify entitlements;
• Remember your watch history, progress and favorites;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
• Analyze usage and improve performance, stability and features;
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, and security or technical issues;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With trusted third parties that support the App — such as video delivery / CDN providers, cloud hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Apple In-App Purchase: Purchase and subscription data is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReelFlick, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of the App's assets, subject to the protections of this policy.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The App integrates third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Examples may include video streaming and content delivery networks, analytics providers, advertising networks, and Apple's own frameworks. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The App is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies. We may use local on-device storage (such as the device keychain or local cache) to remember your settings, sign-in session and playback data on your device. This data stays on your device unless needed for the features described above.

6. Data Retention & Security

• We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service.
• When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You have several choices about how your information is used:

• Account & data: You can review, update, or correct your account information in the App, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Tracking & advertising: You can manage IDFA permission under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time.
• Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications in your device settings.
• Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. ReelFlick does not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

European Union, UK & Other Regions (GDPR)

Where you have rights under the GDPR or similar laws, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's Privacy

ReelFlick is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this section and, if changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example, in the App). We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Terms of Service

Welcome to ReelFlick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelFlick mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Lillian Juliet Stevens ("ReelFlick", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

ReelFlick is a mini-drama streaming application that allows you to discover, watch, and interact with short-form dramas. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

3. Your Account

• You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account or enable others to access the Service using your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Paid features: ReelFlick may offer subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or annual plans) or one-time in-app purchases that unlock premium content or features.
• Apple In-App Purchase: All payments are processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase service and are subject to Apple's terms. Your payment method associated with your Apple ID will be charged.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing cycle: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified at that time.
• Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) after purchase. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Pricing: Subscription pricing and billing currency are displayed in the App before you confirm any purchase.
• Free trial: If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to access, copy, download, redistribute, or stream ReelFlick content through any means other than the App's authorized features;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying technology;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or the networks connected to it;
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security, digital rights management, or access-control features;
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Service;
• Share content from the App outside the App in violation of intellectual property rights.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available in the App — including dramas, videos, artwork, text, logos, graphics, music, and the App's design and software — is owned by or licensed to ReelFlick and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

ReelFlick, the ReelFlick logo, and related marks are trademarks of Lillian Juliet Stevens. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The App may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

8. User-Provided Information

Any information or material you voluntarily share with us (for example, in support communications) must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. You grant us a limited license to use such information solely to provide and improve the Service and to respond to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LILLIAN JULIET STEVENS OR ANY OF HER AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lillian Juliet Stevens from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and ReelFlick agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
